Sales Negotiator - Full time
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and personable Property Sales Negotiator to join our growing agency. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth and professional sales process from start to finish. This is a client-facing role, so warmth, professionalism and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market appraisals and support property valuations
• Coordinate and carry out property viewings with prospective buyers
• Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, providing clear, honest advice
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
• Work closely with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders
• Keep CRM systems and marketing platforms up to date
• Represent the Harvey Holland brand with polish, enthusiasm, and care
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in residential property sales (preferably in a premium/lifestyle market)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the Cotswolds and a passion for countryside living
• A natural rapport builder with a professional, down-to-earth manner
• Self-motivated, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle

We are looking for an organised, confident and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, managing viewings, negotiating tenancies, and ensuring compliance at every step. This is a fast-paced and people-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and has a natural flair for service.
Key Responsibilities
• Register and qualify applicants and landlords
• Coordinate and carry out property viewings
• Provide advice to landlords on rental values, marketing, and legislation
• Negotiate lets and manage the tenancy process from offer to move-in
• Liaise with contractors, property managers, and referencing providers
• Maintain accurate records in our lettings systems and ensure legal compliance
• Represent the Harvey Holland brand with warmth, integrity, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in residential lettings (ARLA qualification a bonus but not essential)
• A good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally positive and solution-focused approach
• A passion for property, lifestyle, and customer care
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
