Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a confident, motivated, and personable Property Sales Negotiator to join our growing agency. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth and professional sales process from start to finish. This is a client-facing role, so warmth, professionalism and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and support property valuations
• Coordinate and carry out property viewings with prospective buyers
• Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, providing clear, honest advice
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
• Work closely with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders
• Keep CRM systems and marketing platforms up to date
• Represent the Harvey Holland brand with polish, enthusiasm, and care

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential property sales (preferably in a premium/lifestyle market)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the Cotswolds and a passion for countryside living
• A natural rapport builder with a professional, down-to-earth manner
• Self-motivated, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
